Shipping Policies

We currently offer free domestic shipping if your purchase is over $15. Free shipping offers at this rate does not apply to international orders shipping outside of the United states. In regards to our free shipping option once you spend $15 or more, there are no guarantees on the timeline of shipment. However, most orders dispatch within 1 business day. Once your order has been dispatched, it takes approximately 1-3 business days for delivery to be completed. 

Order Processing

In most cases, all orders ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. If you place your order over the weekend (Fridays through Sundays), please allow for extra time to process your order. This estimate does not include actual shipping times, which are listed once you select your shipping options at checkout.

Hempzone wants your products delivered in a timely manner, so we do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times, such as sales events and during the holiday season.

Shipping Methods

If you would like to receive your order faster than the standard delivery method offered with our free shipping for orders of $15 and above, you may select and pay for a more expedited shipping method. This can either be USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. This can be selected at the time of checkout. 

Delivery Times

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped. This e-mail will also include your tracking information. 

All orders that ship with our free shipping offer (applicable to orders of $15 and above) will be shipped via USPS First Class or USps Priority mail (larger orders) and will usually be delivered within 2-8 business days after your order is processed. 

USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped.

FedEx Express is usually delivered within 2-4 business days of being shipped.

Shipping Rates

All additional shipping methods and rates are listed when you place your order at check out.

 In the event that you receive the message, "No shipping rates available for your area", this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. If this is an international order and you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your country. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment. 

International Orders

International shipping delivery times are not guaranteed. Due to the large number of international shipping locations, we cannot provide estimates on specific delivery times.

In the event that your international order is returned to us by customs, we will notify you of the status and may attempt to reship your order. We may also cancel the order or refund your purchase at our discretion.

Damaged Or Missing Orders

In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken oil/tincture bottles, wrong flavors,etc. please take a picture of the products immediately. Then, send an e-mail along with a brief description of the problem to our Customer Support Team, and they will assist you in resolving the problem.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and to eliminate the risk of us selling tampered products, we are unable to accept returns. 


If we are out of stock of an item that you ordered, or if your order is cancelled before it is shipped, then a refund will be processed. Once a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Due to the varying number of payment methods available, that each come with their own restrictions and guidelines, we cannot give you an accurate estimate of when the payment will be returned to your account/card/original method of payment. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first take the time to check your bank account again. It is often the case that your bank may still be processing the payment, so check your account again and talk with your bank to see if the payment is being processed. Make sure to contact your credit card company, it might take a little bit of time before your refund is officially posted. 

If there is still nothing posted, make sure you take the time to contact your bank once again. There is often some processing time that occurs before the refund can be successfully posted. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please keep this in mind before you finalize an order or reach out to us in regards to an order. Once again please note that if you buy an item that is up for sale, that purchase is final. Any discounted items that are bought on sale cannot be refunded at any time. 


Here at Hempzone, your customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. This is why we make it a point to only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or would like to exchange it with the same item please send us an email at: and we will get back to you with the necessary information to help you get your exchange. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received on our end, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. To learn more about the information necessary to send us your return, please send an email to If the item that you wish to return was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to hand out to you later, we will send the appropriate refund or gift certificate to the person who made the order and you will have to inquire about your return from them.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when you are returning an item. It is important for you to understand that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Also, the turnaround time may vary based on the type of product or any other information that needs to be processed before it can successfully get to you. 

If you are shipping an item with a monetary value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is crucial that you understand that Hempzone and its affiliates are not liable for anything that happens to your item before we acknowledge receipt of it.

Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long it takes to be delivered to you. There are many factors that come into play and can affect shipping timelines, including weather, specific postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you in regards to any items that turn up missing, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has already been shipped from our facilities. 

International Orders

Here at Hempzone we pride ourselves on being a premier provider of CBD products that range from CBD oils, CBD tinctures to CBD gummies and lotions. Another thing we pride ourselves on being is efficient and trustworthy when it comes to our delivery schedules, both domestically and internationally. 

We have not experienced a single incident of product seizure going through customs, and we’ve shipped a ton of our products worldwide! We do everything in our power to assist your shipment through your country’s customs and checks processes. However, if seizure of your shipment does occur, we will NOT be held liable for any shipments held at customs. Customers located outside of the U.S.A, please order at your own risk. We will not provide SDS or MSDS forms on any packages that are shipping domestically to a forwarder.
